Warren Hibbert joined MVision in 2003, and is a highly experienced private equity advisor with a corporate finance and operational background.
At MVision Warren manages a number of the firm’s global fundraisings as well as maintaining relationships with limited partners throughout Europe, the US and the Middle East.
A qualified accountant, Warren worked previously at Royal & SunAlliance where he was involved with the group-wide disposal of non-core holdings to various private equity buyers and corporates. Prior to this he served as a founding director of a securities lending firm in South Africa where he was responsible for deal origination and execution. Warren trained with the Financial Institutions Team at Deloitte & Touche in South Africa.
Warren holds a Master of Business Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA (SA)).
