Tim Reid joined MVision in 2004. He is a highly experienced corporate finance professional with over 16 year’s experience.
At MVision Tim manages a number of the firm’s global fundraisings as well as maintaining relationships with limited partners throughout Europe, the US and the Middle East.
Previously Tim was a Vice President in the European Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Citigroup's Corporate and Investment Bank. In this role he advised international clients on a wide range of corporate finance transactions with a focus on public and private acquisitions and disposals and structured financings. Prior to joining Citigroup, Tim was a senior solicitor in the Corporate Finance Group of Slaughter and May, Solicitors.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Otago University in New Zealand. He is admitted as a Solicitor in England
