Training & Development Coordinator

Sarah Rackley joined MVision in 2009.

At MVision, Sarah is responsible for organising and managing training and development programmes within the organisation.

Prior to her current role, Sarah was a member of the fundraising and operations teams and was involved in the management of key administrative elements of client mandates, and the firm. She has extensive experience in deal co-ordination, logistics, and deal execution.

Previously, Sarah worked in Japan as an Assistant Language Teacher for the Japanese Government’s Japan Exchange Teaching (JET) Programme, educating Japanese students in the English Language and promoting internationalisation between Japan and New Zealand. Prior to that she worked as a Customer Service Officer at the Nelson Building Society, a banking and financial institution, in New Zealand.

Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Psychology from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Sarah also studied the Japanese language, which she speaks competently.
