Rebecca joined MVision in 2009.

Rebecca is involved in origination and execution of client mandates for buyout, growth equity, venture capital and infrastructure, as well as coverage of investors both Asia-based and those focusing on the region.

Prior to joining MVision, Rebecca spent six years working with JPMorgan and HSBC, in Hong Kong and London, where she worked in the Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets teams. In ECM Rebecca's notable transactions include the $5.9bn IPO of Citic Bank (China), the $2.8bn IPO of Link REIT (Hong Kong), the $1.8bn IPO of Reliance Petroleum (India), the $508m follow-on of CapitaCommercial Trust (Singapore), and the $500m GDR follow-on of Cathay Financial (Taiwan).

Rebecca holds a BSc in Finance and Accounting, cum laude, from the NYU Stern School of Business. She is a native Mandarin speaker and has working knowledge of Spanish and French.
