Corporate Adviser

Paula Hardgrave joined MVision in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer and transferred from this function to a corporate advisory role in March 2010.

As Chief Financial Officer Paula was responsible for the firm’s finance functions, was a member of the management group and provided advice to both the internal deal teams and the firm’s General Partner clients on reporting and other issues drawing on her experience and General Partner background. Paula continues to provide MVision with corporate advice and management consultancy services.
She is an accomplished finance professional with many years experience in European private equity and in Australia in public practice and commerce.

Prior to joining MVision Paula was theManaging Director of Relevant Technologies in Europe, a then innovative supplier of enterprise software to the private equity community. Prior to that Paula worked for almost four years at Advent Venture Partners as Financial Controller where she managed the treasury, personnel and administration functions and was responsible for fund administration and external reporting for Limited Partnerships and Venture Capital Trusts, portfolio administration and Valuations, Investment Committee recording and reporting, investor relations and liaison with public company registrars, legal and taxation advisers, auditors, Independent Financial Advisers and the London Stock Exchange. During the eleven years prior to joining Advent Venture Partners, Paula worked in Australia in public practice with BDO and in commerce with Foster's Group PLC.

Paula has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland in Australia, is a Fellow with CPA Australia and a past President of the CPA European Branch in London.
