Kim Waterer joined MVision in 2010.

At MVision Kim is involved in deal co-ordination, logistics, industry research, and deal execution.

Previously, Kim spent four years in corporate finance at Deutsche Bank in both London and Dubai, where she focused primarily on equity capital markets transactions in the real estate sector. Kim’s notable transactions include the US$1.9bn IPO of PIK Group (Russia), the US$432m IPO of Sistema Hals (Russia), and the acquisition of Gazeley by Dubai World subsidiary, Economic Zones World (UAE).

Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Bristol.
