Joe joined MVision in 2010.
At MVision, Joe is involved in deal co-ordination, investor distribution and deal execution across the US and Latin America.
Prior to joining MVision, Joe worked as an analyst in Merrill Lynch’s Equity Capital Markets group, where he assisted in the origination and execution of global equity public offerings and development of strategic capital raising ideas for clients across various regions and sectors. Joe’s notable transactional experience includes: Banco do Brasil’s US$5.4bn follow-on offering, Itaú Unibanco’s US$3.0bn follow-on offering, Banco Santander Brasil’s US$7.5bn IPO and Starwood Property Trust’s US$932m IPO.
Joe graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and received a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
