Operations Director
Jane Sutherland joined MVision in 2001 as part of the founding group. She is a highly experienced private equity professional with a strong background in mandate administration and operations.
At MVision Jane has the central responsibility for managing the operations and deal administration teams.
Previously Jane worked with Mounir Guen in the Merrill Lynch Private Equity Group assisting with deal origination, subsequently becoming the administration manager for the group, responsible for co-ordinating and managing the origination and distribution teams, and organising marketing road shows for General Partners throughout Europe and the Middle East. She developed close relationships with General Partner teams and Merrill Lynch investors. Prior to this Jane was with the New Zealand Dairy Board where she provided wide-ranging technical support and operational advice to regional offshore offices on all New Zealand Dairy products.
Jane has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
